Interactive Brokers provide a popular trading platform which Sentient Trader is integrated with. Trading signals can be directed from Sentient Trader to IB's Traders WorkStation (TWS), and Sentient Trader can read both historical and live streaming data from IB's TWS.
It is important to note that IB limit the amount of historical data that they will provide to a third-party application such as Sentient Trader to only one year. This is not adequate data to perform a good analysis on an EOD basis, but it is adequate for intraday analysis. Ninja Trader has a deal with IB data to access more than one year's worth of historical data, and as Sentient Trader can read data from Ninja Trader you might find it better to access your IB data through Ninja Trader.
